Psaltor

The following works are a modern take on the Canterbury Psaltors".

In 1170, Thomas Becket, Archbishop of Canterbury, returned from exile in France. He brought a series of splendid manuscripts which influenced the style of the scriptorium at Christ Church, Canterbury. At the time, Christ Church was one of the most important locations making illuminated manuscripts in England. The work is simply lovely.

This is my attempt to render something, anything, that reflects it's glory in digital form.

Artwork can be purchased in a variety of print sizes, various papers, framed/unframed, and even on canvas Imagekind. I have been very happy with the print and paper quality with these folks.
